Condesa Xenia is a spacious two bedroom apartment, one of 15 architecturally designed homes in Moorish style clustered around a small hilltop. The peaceful complex is security gated and the apartment is approached via three short flights of steps or a lift and one short flight of steps down.

The apartment is on one level and is the only one to have direct access to the pool and garden via small stone steps.  It sleeps up to six people.

The apartment has two bedrooms (north facing) both with large fitted wardrobes,  one with a large double bed and full ensuite bathroom. The other has twin beds with a shower and toilet opposite.( A travel cot and 3 small 'put-u-up's allow  flexibility in sleeping arrangements.) A galley kitchen has double sink, full oven/cooker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment.

The spacious double aspect (South and West) salon/dining area has comfortable armchairs and a sofa that can be converted to a double bed plus dining table and chairs to seat six, open fireplace and TV. 
The lounge area opens up onto the terrace which overlooks and has direct access to the pool and garden via some small steps. This is a bonus for families who can keep an eye on children while relaxing on the terrace.  

An unusual fresco and a tiled fountain and bar add to the apartment's individuality. From the terrace you can watch the sun set behind the silhouetted palm trees and Andulacian villas of the hill side opposite.
