	Your property is advertised on nerjanow.com. All the information including your prices and your contact information is included, and interested parties contact you directly from the advert.
	How much does it cost? A full page advert of your property costs 120 Euros  for one years advertising. (Plus we will give you an advert for 1 year free on our sister site letandrentspain.com!) We also offer a 6 month advert for only 65 euros but with 4 photographs.
	Is that value for money? We think it is, but we would, wouldn't we? If you are not happy with your results after three months we will give you your money back.*
	What do I get for my money? A full page advert for one year on the top site for Nerja and the surrounding area. Your  description with up to nine photographs, telephone number, fax number and e-mail addresses as well as an on line form so potential clients  contact you directly.
	What about photographs? You get up to nine colour photographs on your advert. You can e-mail your photographs to us in soft copy preferably in Jpeg format. Choose good quality clear  photographs taken on a bright day. We will not use photographs from another website unless you are the owner of the website and provide us with clear written permission to do so.
	What size will my photographs be? They will appear as a 'thumbnail' which, when clicked, displays the full size of 500 x 375 pixels.
	Can I have more than nine photographs? Additional photographs are charged at 5 Euros. .
	How do I get bookings from my advert? Interested clients can contact you immediately from an on-line enquiry form in your advert or from your email address. Remember to respond very quickly to any enquiries, as you are probably not the only one being contacted. If you only check your emails once or twice a week you will lose out.
	Can I change the wording of my advert? Changes can be made at any time to your advert, although "special offer" type changes will not be automatically removed after the offer expires, you will have to request the update.
	Can I change my photographs? You may change your photographs at anytime.
	Can I decide the layout of my advert? No, the layout that we use is designed for the fastest download times, remember people get bored very quickly and unless they get information quickly they will move on.
	What do I do now? Think about your description, and take your time when you write it, if you are not enthusiastic about your property then you can't expect other people to get excited. Think about your wording, which would you prefer: "Terrace with sea views"      or "South facing terrace with wonderful panoramic views to the sea" If your property is not in the centre of town, tell people how far it is to the beach and the town centre and how they can get there. How close is the supermarket and are there restaurants and bars nearby. What is the best thing about your property? is it the peace and quiet, the location, the views? Is the property suitable for children/disabled or the elderly. The more information you give, the less questions you are likely to receive. but try not to become boring. One suggestion is to give one paragraph giving an overall description of location, views and proximity to the town centre and beaches, and another describing the property itself. Advert with one photograph free! Includes your contact details and email address, and a five line description. The advert will remain on site for six months. ( max 5 ads per advertiser)

A full advert with up to four photographs, up to twelve lines of description, your contact details and a link to your own website if you have one, is only 50 euros. The advert will remain on the site for one year unless you tell us to remove it.
