El Algarrobo Heights is a newly finished small and private urbanisation situated just above the famous "El Capistrano Village". The urbanisation has a good sized communal swimming pool situated less than a five minute walk from the accommodation
 

Underneath the accommodation there is a large garage that has been transformed into a relaxing room with a sofa bed and cd system. Also at the bottom of the stairs is the washing machine. There is access from the main house down the stairs or from the street.  The accommodation has two terraces, the first which is off the lounge, receives the morning sun and
has patio furniture ideal for eating "el Fresco" and the second receives the afternoon sun and has sunbeds and a further patio table and chairs.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Situated off the kitchen is a dinning area that sits up to 6 people.

The good size lounge has a large comfortable sofa bed, and a three piece wicker set, TV with sky channels and a DVD player.
 

There are two large bedrooms both host double beds and tasteful furniture. Both have plenty of wardrobe space.
There are two full bathrooms consisting of baths with over head showers, wash hand basins, bidets and w.c. One of them is ensuite.
