Annie who is a fifteen year veteran of Nerja, opened her bar in June 2002 which as you can guess, has an Irish theme to suit the name.
The bar is slightly tucked away just off Calle Chaparil,  (going up it's left past Crown car hire). But with a Guinness and a Murphy's sign and a pretty terrace outside, Annie's Bar shouldn't be too hard to spot.

There are two choices of the Irish stuff, either Guinness or Murphy's Red, with draught Budweiser and Estrella Damm. Also Magners Cider in pint bottles, (AKA Bulmers in Ireland)

Annie also has a wide selection of Irish Whiskies as well as the normal choice of spirits and soft drinks.
Annie also serves a proper Irish Coffee, using Irish Whisky and fresh cream.
Irish music is of course the norm here with a wide range of Irelands finest from The Dubliners to Van Morrison. But with the opportunity to enjoy music from other countries too!

Annie's Bar is the only Irish Bar in Nerja with an outside terrace in a quiet pedestrianised Plaza with Fig trees and a grassed area, an ideal place for a drink in the cool of the evening or to enjoy a freshly made sandwich.

And if that wasn't enough, Annie is now showing all major Irish sporting events available on RTE....including Gaelic football and Hurling.

Open every day from 12 noon until late.
So why not call in for a drink after walking round the Market.. (open from11am on market days)
Made to order sandwiches on white or wholemeal bread are always available.
Children are not allowed in the bar after 9pm (but are welcome on the terrace)
To keep the atmosphere a bit less 'touristy' Annie asks that ladies and gentlemen do not dress as if they are on the beach. A t-shirt top is all it takes!
