Eclipse Vacations Property Rentals offers the excellent Aguamarina complex,
situated in the Parador area of Nerja. It is a quiet residential area with
only 12 apartments and private parking and is located within walking distance
of the beach and Nerja town centre.
From the lounge there are patio doors that lead onto the terrace that has sea
and swimming pool view and receives to sun for most of the day.
The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer with
automatic built in icemaker, kettle and toaster.
The lounge dining area has a three-piece suite, Sky TV (free to air channels),
video and hi fi system. Dining table to sit up to six people.
There are three bedrooms - one with a double bed, the second with a double
futon and the third with single beds. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe
space.
There are two shower rooms with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. One is
independent and one is en-suite.
