The area has a regular bus service to the town centre and to drive to the sea or the town takes approximately five minutes.

The communal pool and gardens are situated 200 yards away where there are also bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

There is plenty of parking  on the road and it should be noted there are a number of steps up to the apartment, so not ideal for the elderly or infirm.
