Casa Maria is an attached villa situated on the edge of town, and close to the Burriana beach. It is approached from the road through communal gardens with lawn, flowers and shrubs. There is a small swimming pool set in the lawn.

On the ground floor there is a fully furnished lounge with settee, two armchairs, wall unit, mobile gas fire and colour television with satellite to U.K and Germany. There is a circular dining table and four chairs near the window overlooking the front garden. The house is has air conditioning/central heating. All electrics are new and conform to modern regulations

Shower room, fully tiled with shower, wash basin and w.c.

Kitchen, fully tiled with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, sink unit, microwave, water heater, plus an extensive range of wall and floor cupboards. Crockery, knives, forks and spoons etc. are provided.

Outside, half tiled patio with circular table and four chairs. At the end of the patio there is a small garden area.

Upstairs bathroom, fully tiled with bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and w.c.

Bedroom one, double bed, fitted wardrobe, window overlooking the patio.

Bedroom two, two single beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, window overlooking the garden.

Large swimming pool, this about 50 yards walk from the front door. Note pools are normally full from Easter until end of October, often later.

Linen and towels are changed every week.

Prices range from 120GBP per week for long winter let, up to 450GBP per week for July/August
