Eclipse Vacations Property Rentals offer this well-furnished 2 bedroom villa, situated in a quite but central part of Nerja, making it easy to park outside. It is a short stroll to one of Nerja's many beaches and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops are within easy reach. Outside there is a small terrace with a table and chairs ideal for eating al fresco and a splash pool with built in Jacuzzi.

On the lower level there is a large lounge with one sofa bed and two arm chairs. The villa has a large fully fitted electric kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

The dining area sits up to six people and the living flame cast-iron fire place makes this also an ideal apartment for winter holidays. On the upper level there are two good size bedrooms - one double, one twin. Both with ample wardrobe space.

The main bathroom has sunken bath with overhead shower as well as hand basin and w.c. There is also another fully tiled bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, bidet and w.c.
