This two bed roomed Apartment (sleeps 4) is just 5 minutes stroll from the Burriana Beach and just 15 minutes walk from Nerja Town Centre. The apartment is on the top floor, with lift and secure access, and overlooks the beautiful outdoor pools and gardens.

Air Conditioning is a recent addition

The town of Nerja and Burriana Beach, reputed to be one of the finest beaches east of Malaga, is where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found to suit all tastes. Famous for its beach restaurants serving the finest seafood including barbecued sardines and massive pans of paella that are cooked daily.

The patio gets the sun nearly all day and is fully equipped with sun beds, umbrella, a table and chairs that are ideal for outdoor eating. This area is perfect and safe for children of all ages with a lockable gate to the complex.

Inside, the apartment offers two double bedrooms both with ceiling fans and spacious fitted wardrobes. All linen, bedding and towels are provided (excluding beach towels). There is a luxury family bathroom, recently refurbished, with bath and shower and W.C. The washing machine is also located here. If required there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and combined dining area, which is very spacious, has patio doors onto the terrace.

There is a large sofa bed and a two-seater settee, dining table and chairs with other furniture and fittings. A television provides Freeview satellite TV, Radio, DVD and CD facilities (with a good collection of DVDs and CDs available.) The kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, is fully equipped and those wishing to cook will find an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, smoothie maker and large fridge/freezer. In addition there are extensive utensils, glasses and crockery (There is even an ice bucket!).

The apartment will be fully cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with our agents available to meet any requirement you may have. The prices quoted are fully inclusive with no additional costs.

Our Agents will be pleased to arrange collection to and from the airport if required.

Prices are GBP per week

Normally a 25% deposit is required and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to departure. However, if required, a smaller deposit can be negotiated and a payment scheme of regular payments can be made.
