This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is situated in the popular Verano Azul urbanisation in Nerja and has two community pools that are open all year round.

On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge with bed settee TV with Sky freeview. CD/Radio and dining table with four chairs and leads off to the fitted kitchen with full oven and hob, kettle and toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Just outside the kitchen is a small storage area with automatic washing machine. The lounge also leads out through double glazed patio doors to the shady patio with table and chairs and umbrella and barbecue. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor has two double bedrooms each with bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes and each has a small chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have twin beds. The third bedroom has a single bed, small chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. This bedroom has a small terrace with views to the mountains. The bathroom has wash handbasin, W.C. and bath with shower over.

The townhouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route and ten minutes walk into town or down to Burriana beach. There is ample parking to the front and rear of the urbanisation.
