A spacious two bedroom apartment which has been completely refurbished. The original third bedroom has been converted into a dining room. Cars can be parked inside the block. Situated in the old part of the town close to The Balcon, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The nearest beach, Playa Torrecilla is about 400 yards walk. The two bedrooms each have two single beds, fitted wardrobes and three drawer units. Kitchen with built in floor to ceiling cupboards, water heater, sink unit, fridge freezer, full size 4 ring cooker with oven, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom contains a vanity unit with drawers, cupboards, shelves, mirror and shaving point. There is a half bath with shower, a w/c and bidet. Lounge has a convertible settee and armchairs and leads to the dining room through an arch. There is a satellite TV in the lounge and a table with chairs in the dining room. The balcony is a good size with the sun from around the middle of the day until late evening. A toldo is fitted to screen the sun when required. All electric fittings are new and conform to modern regulations. The apartment is on the top (third floor) there is no lift but it is an easy an easy walk up the stairs which are not walled in. Linen and towels are changed every week.
Prices range from 90GBP per week for long winter lets, up to 350GBP per week for July/August Prices (per week) in pounds sterling
