Our apartment has an extra spacious feel as it has been extended to add a further 20 m sq of living space in the form of a second bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Where comparable San Juan properties have their second bedroom we have created a separate dining room. Just 200 metres from the huge communal pool, shop, bus stop and restaurants, gentle steps lead through beautiful tropical gardens to our private entrance. You enter through the recently renewed patio garden with sun loungers and up a few steps to the very large raised terrace (15 m sq) with outdoor dining for 5 and breathtaking views south to the Mediterranean. From the terrace enter via French doors to the spacious living room wth sat tv (all free to air channels) DVD player and Gpod speakers. The master bedroom also opens onto the terrace via French doors. On this level you also find the well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher.(there is a separate utility room with washing machine), the dining room and one of the bathrooms. Stairs lead down to the large twin room with en suite bathroom. We take pride in maintaining our home from home to the very highest standard.

San Juan is built in the style of a Moorish mountain village with buildings scattered among tranquil tropical gardens. It lies just above Nerja in the foothills of the Sierra Almijara mountain range. Views of the Mediterranean from this privileged position are stunning. Just a minutes walk away along a palm-lined avenue is the pool and separate toddlers pool, surrounded by grassy areas with loungers to rent and a good selection of friendly bars and restaurants and a mini-market. There is a twice hourly reliable bus service to the town and beaches less than a mile away. Nerja retains a very Spanish feel and is a popular holiday destination for Spanish people too! This area benefits from the ‘mejor clima de Europa’..the ‘best climate in Europe’, and Nerja itself boasts over 100 restaurants catering for all tastes, many boutique shops, 5 beaches, and the beautiful Balcon de Europa (a palm-lined avenue extending from the town square into the sea, where artists and musicians gather).

SUITABILITY: children welcome, not wheelchair accessable. Pets not permitted.
