This luxury two bed roomed Apartment (sleeps six) is just 5 minutes stroll from the Burriana Beach and just 10 minutes walk from Nerja Town Centre. This is the Premiere Apartment on Valparaiso directly overlooking the two pools, with massive terraces on 3 sides and Private entrance.

The town of Nerja and Burriana Beach, reputed to be one of the finest beaches east of Malaga, is where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found to suit all tastes. Famous for its Beach Restaurants serving the finest seafood including barbecued Sardines and massive pans of Paella which are cooked daily.

This spacious luxury Apartment occupies the premier location on Valparaiso directly overlooking the pools with its own private entrance. The Terraces run to three sides with sunshine all day long. They are fully equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, two massive pull over canopies. In addition there is a hardwood outdoor table and chairs and a variety beach equipment. The terraces create a fantastic outdoor living area where long sunny days can be spent. Many of our Clients have commented how fantastic these are and "How difficult it is to drag themselves away". This area is perfect and very safe for children of all ages with a lockable gate to the terraces and direct views of the pools.

Inside the Apartment offers two double bedrooms both with air conditioning( heating in winter) spacious fitted wardrobes. All linen, bedding and towels provided( excluding beach towels) There is a luxury family bathroom with bath and shower, WC and bidet. In addition there is a further washroom with W/C. If required there is an additional put-u-up double bed in the lounge for two people. The lounge and combined dinning area which is very spacious has two patios doors onto the terraces.

There are two settees, dinning table and chairs with other furniture and fitting. A large television provides Freeview satellite TV and video facility( with a good collection of video’s available.) There is a quality Hi-Fit system providing radio and CD ( with an extensive choice of CD’s available to suit all tastes). A feature of the apartment is the range of lighting available which adds to the ambience particularly in the evening. The large kitchen is fully equipped and those wishing to cook will find a Frank oven and Hob, microwave, slow cooker, large fridge/freezer. In addition there are extensive utensils, glasses and crockery, a particular favourite is the champagne bucket. Cot and highchair can also be found in the apartment if required.
